I’ve seen syrup in January move faster than the lines at this location. Management needs to get it together because to the naked eye it looks as if this place is more disorganized than the Cleveland Browns.

have to say this is probably the worst McDonalds around. I have to check my bag every time when going through the drive thru, because its ALWAYS wrong. Bathrooms with no toilet paper. Good god… get your act together already!

I wish I could put zero stars. They let me sit in my car for ten minutes at the window to pick up my food. Never addressed me or said it would be a few minutes. They were inside laughing and standing there. I tried to get their attention. No one looked over. Finally I called their number. Thinking they forgot about me. They were rude. I cancelled my food and wanted my money back. It wasn’t my first bad experience there. Such a shame. Mcdonalds is usually consistent. This one is terrible

Would be zero stars but can’t go that low apparently. Plain and simple this place sucks. Consistently gets orders wrong at drive thru and that’s after waiting ridiculous amounts of time with 4 – 5 customers. 10 mins in a drive thru is way too long! Corporate needs to take over, hire people that give two shits, and fix this place. If not shut it down! You guys suck.

Yucko! It is what it is. McDonalds the staff is consistently rude and not very customer oriented. But, what else are we supposed to expect from McGutburgers.
