My husband and I have been AT&T customers for many years and this was our first time in this location. We were so pleased with the Specialist there by the name of Jojo Andes. What an attentive young lady! She did not hesitate to answer the several questions or help us with the several devices that we inquired about. Her co-workers were helpful as well. «Way to Go Jojo and the Delran Team!» If you ever need to purchase or need help with ANY Communication Items, We say. «GO GO to JOJO!»

Went into the AT&T store to find out more about mobile hotspots. Lindsey was the customer service representative who helped me and I’m glad she did! She was super helpful in explaining all my options, helped me to figure out the best plan, gave me pricing options, and went above and beyond when she came in on a Sunday (when she wasn’t scheduled to work) to bring me the mobile hotspot device from the Depford or Lindenwold location (about an hour away) bc the Delran location didn’t have the device I wanted to purchase. I could have easily ordered it online for store delivery, but when she found out I didn’t live in the area, she personally went to pick it up and deliver it before I left town. She took into consideration my corporate discount which can easily be overlooked, and gave me all her contact details in case I had any billing questions or issues with the product. Overall a very pleasant and successful trip to the AT&T store.
