Pizza Hut

This place has put itself out of its and the surrounding area of misery by closing down… add it to the list of another vacant property in Delran.

The first time I had pizza from this location it was SPOT ON! so I returned. Well I wish I can say that the two times after my first time was less than «spot on», I was very disappointed. My second return the pizza was almost cold as if it didn’t bake long enough, which almost led to my belief that Pizza Hut’s dough is frozen dough and the butter/​oil is used in the pan is to speed the baking process. It wasn’t until my third time when I became a believer. the center of my pizza was cold and they cheese on the pizza I ordered (sausage, green peppers, and pepperoni) was minimum. NOT AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered cheesy bread sticks and there was no cheese and they weren’t even cut.

Every single time I have ordered pizza from here, I have had an issue. Once, my order was incorrect. Another time, they had never received my order from the online system, and I got to sit in their restaurant waiting for an hour (since my card had already been charged online). Yet another time, I had waited for 10+ minutes just to be helped because they only had 1 – 2 people working.
Fool me once, shame on me… Well, I’ve been fooled several times and won’t do it again.
In general, this location seems poorly-​staffed, and in an area with a high population of Italians and pizzerias, I’m not really sure how they stay in business.

Not my favorite pizza hut but definitely better than the one that used to be in Cinnaminson. Pizza, breadsticks, and garlic bread are good but avoid everything else. Service is very slow especially if you get takeout. I love getting a personal pan pizza whenever i eat in. Like i said not the best pizza hut there is but pizza hut is still my favorite pizza chain

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in 10 years. I figured I would order there new crust looked interesting. I ordered at 6 and at 7 I called. The girl that answered the phone was an idiot. She gave the «uuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh» «hold on» got back on and said it was out for delivery. Waited and called back, same girl answered with same response. I explained that she said that she said that earlier and she put me on hold. Funny, the on hold message was all about not being on hold. Long story short, never got pizza. Went to local pizza shop. Where I should of gone in the first place.

The servers could not be any less enthusiastic and it couldn’t be any slower! A child size cheese pizza order took 25 min to arrive!

I genuinely did not know it was possible for a Pizza Hut to be so terrible. It’s a standardized chain, how did this one fall off so badly?! I’ve eaten at so many different pizza huts that it’s difficult to keep track, and the pizza at each one has been virtually identical (and quite yummy! INCLUDING the quick serve locations inside Target). But this location? Holy crap, WORST pizza I have ever had, including any I’ve eaten in Florida.
It’s not very often that you can order from a restaurant and continue to have deep regrets about it several hours later, but this place has accomplished the task of causing said regret with flying colors. Both pan pizzas were barely cooked. The crust was paper thin and had a very chewy layer of grayish raw dough throughout the entire thing. The cheese was absolutely disgusting and had an almost bitter tasting white sauce worked through it. Kind of tasted like it had been frozen and thawed and refrozen repeatedly… over and over… until it was put in the microwave and then splashed onto some poorly prepared dough.
I’d also say bad stuff about the wings, because they were astonishingly bad, but this would just get excessively redundant. We tried putting everything in the oven for ten minutes, no help there. Wound up eating only a few bites and throwing everything out, then cooking an entire other dinner at 10:30 pm. It’s rare that I don’t read the reviews on here before ordering from somewhere, but I made the mistake of assuming that not much could vary from other locations and that I was safe-​NEVER AGAIN! Heed the reviews people, and AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT!!!

Slowest service EVER! 35 minutes for takeout, no one was accessible, and loud vulgar rap playing in the kitchen. Nothing but excuses and empty apologies. They just don’t care about good customer service.

Service SUCKS!!! Manager is a morbidly obese woman that takes 20 minutes after being asked 3 times to bring out clean plates for the buffet, which more then half the stack of plates still have food caked to them. Their waitress is 1 day shy of being put in a nursing home and takes 30 minutes to come back with your drink refill after taking your cracked cup. Wife and I went for the salad bar and when arrived was told the salad bar wasnt open cause they just didnt feel like setting it up that day, God forbid the manager burns a few calories doing her job… so we had the pizza buffet instead. Granny waitress never cleared our plates off the table once as they just let them stack. Had to ask repeatedly for CLEAN plates for the pizza buffet… soda was served out of a 2 litter bottle as they were out of ALL fountain drinks. and after complaining to the manager when we went to pay our bill, was offered no discount or anything for the crappy service, bottled soda and dirty plates and extended wait times… and we were the only ones in the resturant.

Pizza coming out of this location is inconsistent, typically cold, and is just not good. Service is slow. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Slowest take out service in the region. Last two times, having a time stamped email receipt, they have been at least an extra 15 minutes on both occasions.

I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in over a decade. The pan pizza was pretty much as I remembered it. Everything else, not so much. This was hands down the most poorly run establishment of any kind that I have dined. Every single booth was covered with the previous diners’ food and used plates. The booths remained uncleaned for the hour and a half we were there. Both sets of flatware I requested were filthy. I had to ask for a plate. It took approximately 15 min for someone to take our drink order and another 40 minutes for our 1 pizza pie to arrive. Due to the wait the manager upgraded our medium pizza to a large and comped our 2 sodas. Every table that dined in received some type of comp that night due to the horrendous service. I didn’t expect great service at Pizza Hut but expected a moderate level of management 101. And why isn’t there a single vegetable option available. Not one!!! Shame on you.

Question #1: Why isn’t this locations online ordering active?
Question #2 Why does the pizza look as if it was shoved into the box. I thought we ordered a pizza not a Stromboli.
Comment #3: You have not been open this long to suck so bad.
Maybe Pizza Hut as a whole should go rethink this pre-​made, froze cart put together frame work and actually go back to making fresh pizza. How do you even justify charging the same as Domino’s let alone Papa John’s.
I am seriously sadden.
Pizza Hut was the best growing, now, not so much.

Pizza Hut has improved their quality in recent years. I like their pizza again, after a 10 year hiatus! Nice neighborhood spot to get a quick craving satisfied!

I only went here because my friends bribed my niece and my former partner could only get their thin crust pizza when he visited NJ with me.
But I will say that this Pizza Hut is very clean. That being said, we arrived to no one on the floor. So we sat ourselves and waited for 10 – 15 minutes before anyone came out to see if there were customers. We were given menus. The server disappeared into the kitchen. 10 – 15 minutes later she came out for our drink orders. 10 – 15 minutes later (yup…get the pattern? ;-) she came back with our drinks. Unfortunately people were still deciding on food. 10 minutes later (improvement!) she took our order. 20 minutes or more later it all started to come out in pieces.
Everything was as we’d ordered it. We were eventually asked about refills. We eventually got the check. We eventually were able to pay. We eventually got our cards back. And our server was very nice throughout it all.
That being said, if I’m going to spend over $ 20 for pizza and spend more than 2 hours in a restaurant, I’ll go some place a little more upscale.

Really, really don’t like chains, especially Pizza one’s! But my dad, more so loves this chain. It moved, consolidated, opened this one in Delran, nice building, but lacks in service. I don’t even know how to grade this, its a pizza franchise. no one there, so same person probably making pizza, serving you. We get medium pan, soft drinks, takes SO long, but .My dad loves it. Maybe its the artificial, cardboard, processed taste he likes!!! I don’t .Plus the pizza takes so long, would’ve thought went to Italy to get the mozzarella cheese special trip??? I usually eat one slice, then I’m good. It’s the sauce, either too salty, or the acidity, something. Ugh. I’d rather go somewhere else.
