Terrible business practices, Had an appointment scheduled for a week. Harry called to confirm the appointment day of. I called back to confirm and left a message. Called back several more times with no answer. Then finally on the 4^th or 5^th call after waiting for a half an hour after my appointment time it went through and he said he didn’t get my message… but we had an APPOINTMENT regardless.
Rescheduled for the afternoon even though he had time in the morning. Then never called or showed up for that appointment either!!!

I’m a Realtor and have recommended PuroClean to several of my clients because of what I personally experienced. At 5:30 in the morning my husband was showering and realized that the water in our shower was not draining. When I got up shortly thereafter I planned to call a plumber to clear the drain. What I didn’t realize was that a clogged drain pipe had burst in our basement and waste water was now everywhere. I called Harry at PuroClean at 6:30 am and figured I would leave a message at that hour. To my surprise, Harry answered the phone and was at my house within 30 minutes. I have never experienced better service than that. With all of the equipment brought in and his expertise, I can say that my basement is now like new.
