I did not choose my realtor and this one does not even deserve a single star. Gwenn Oneill, on Atlantic avenue in Delray beach, called me back regarding a high end apartment. When I informed her of the day I needed to move in, she immediately said,“that’s IMPOSSIBLE, it will NEVER happen (regarding condo approval). Considering I’ve had an apt on fifth ave Manhattan and thoroughly understand the process, I asked her to phone the owner. she said at least 3 times it can’t happen. Finally called and what do you know… I had a total of 10 other incidences similar with her in the following two weeks. Today, I went to move in and $ 9000 cash already paid, to find a filthy apt. I was horrified (and tired). When I became upset, she began making excuses, talking over me. then yelled at me,“cork it”.and repeated several times. I said,” did you really just say that to a customer?” She smirked and said,“Yes”.
Then I flipped. She continued smirking. I told her to get out of my apt. She refused. I repeated myself 3 more times and did not leave until I said I was phoning the police.
Disgusting south Florida… how dare she collect ANY FEES for her service?! The deal would have fallen through several times due to her refusing to ask simple questions to the owner. When I verbalized this in front of the owners rep. She tried to say it didn’t happen. I informed her I had people around me when she was saying these things.
I realize that no one will listen or care living in south Florida, but if this saves one person from her arrogance and verbal abuse, then I’m fine. She needs to be in a job that keeps her away from customers of any nature or a business in which no one has any specific needs of any sort and makes her plenty of cash so she holds her tongue to not degrade and abuse another.

We used Allyson in the sale of our house as well as the purchase of a new one. Her get it done attitude helped navigate us through a complicated double closing and it went off without a single problem. We were extremely happy with her service, knowledge and execution and recommend her to many family and friends.
