I bought a groupon a year ago and have raced around for months to find a working phone number and location for this place. The website was no help. My groupon expired and I lost $ 30. I’m furious.

RUN, RUN, in a different direction than this business! I was about to write my review and stopped to read the above reviews. Glad I did! Apparently, Julia is running an AWFUL business no matter how good she might actually be! I, too, bought a Groupon and made an appointment. Got an email confirmation the day before and then drove ½ hour to my appointment (arriving 1 hour earlier with my cup of coffee). Spoke to the front desk and was told that she hasn’t been there in over a month! Was told that this has happened to a number of Groupon clients! Sent dear Julia an email and guess what… never heard back from her! Keep your money folks and keep away from Clear Complexion. Anyone paying for my lost time and gas money??? Didn’t think so. Lesson learned! Too many other «fish in the sea!»

After months of no calls returned from Clear Complexion, Paradise Salons said CC is no longer in their location. Their website takes appointments and you will get confirmation text and yet you do not have an appointment as they are not there.

I can’t review on Julia or her services b/​c she DID NOT SHOW UP. I bought a Groupon awhile back and had tried to schedule an appointment w/​her and got no call back. I forgot about it until it was about to expire. At which time, I finally made an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited for 15 minutes b/​f the nice girl at the desk finally told me that she could not get ahold of Julia & that she just didn’t show up. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had an emergency (in which case any responsible professional would let the receptionist know) but apparently this is a common occurrence that she just doesn’t show up. I received 2 email confirmations from her and was clearly on the schedule. She has now wasted my entire morning which I planned around her appt b/​c «it was the only one available.» DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS WOMAN — She may do a great job when she shows up, but you risk the chance of completely wasting your time. I would give 0 stars if I could.

By far the best facial AND customer service I’ve ever received! Julia is VERY knowledgeable about all her products and will never try to sell you something you don’t need. She knows her stuff and enjoys her job, and how much she cares for her customers is why I will continue to see her for a long time!

I went for a facial appointment at 6pm. I waited and waited until around 6:20 the esthetician finally came out, said she was running late, and gave me paperwork to fill out. I thought it would be another 10 mins or so but it ended up being over an hour past my appt time before she finished with the previous client. She then proceeded to not take responsibility, citing «personal problems» as a reason for her lateness. She was not the least bit apologetic. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend you stay away!
