If I could enter 0 I would. NEVEREVER have I had the HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, NASTY experience I had going to this PAIN management practice for Botox as purchased on Groupon. This service can’t be performed but every 3 – 6 months. I tried for 3 weeks prior to expiration to use it. First call~no appointment available: Doctor R only does this injection one morning and one afternoon each week and every other Saturday. It was 4 weeks before Christmas. They told me I could come in that evening for a «party» they were having but couldn’t be guaranteed I would be taken since it was first come first serve. I was scheduled the following week. I rearranged my entire work schedule to accommodate the only afternoon time available. I was phoned the night before and my appointment~they cancelled. Groupon now expiring. Groupon always allows the amount purchased to be used at the business even after expiration. Given I had one week before leaving town I rescheduled the appointment(the place is 5 minutes from my home). Once again, completely juggled MY work/patient schedule to accommodate their one time available. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out the usual paperwork. 3 weeks earlier they had been given the groupon # as is always the case, so they knew the amount paid, expiration, etc. After being put into a room the nasty office manager came in and said since the Groupon expired I’d have to pay out of pocket. She quoted a different amount purchased and said«Well you had 6 months to use it». I explained firstly, the amount purchased was higher and that they could(according to groupon policy) accept that amount. She said«oh no, I deal with them daily»…Really? Lie #2. Then they actually made me pull up the receipt(which took about 15 minutes to find on i-phone) to PROVE the amount of my purchase. They had enough time to stand around with no other patients in sight but REFUSED to pull up my receipt via PC or phone Groupon. I showed the receipt. After all this the office manager said«You’ll have to call Groupon for a refund. Since you’re angry now the we don’t want to do this service». WOW. All I have to say. 2 days before leaving town and lots of Christmas photos. The nasty little office manager says as I’m walking out a sarcastic«Merry Christmas». She may as well put up her middle finger. I would NOT go there or EVER have this pompus doctor provide any service! Plenty of better, kinder offices and skilled Doctors around. STAYAWAY!
