Excellent and fresh sushi, consistently deplorable service. Will be back again regardless.

This place has always been good, but it was not this time. I received a yellowtail roll riddled with blood line and connective tissue that was a deep red and made up the majority of the cut. I kindly asked the waitress if I could have something else as I didn’t feel comfortable eating this. Keep in mind I’ve ordered this dish hundreds of times, I have even made this dish myself plenty. I had the waitress/​manager (spikey dyed hair) say «you are a pain» and refuse to attend to our table after she took the plate, we actually heard her tell the bus boy «you deal with them» so she did not have to tend to our table anymore, this included the payment and payment processing. On top of that the brown rice was the consistency of clumpy oatmeal, the Thai basil had a lack of basil in it, and the steamed dumplings were actually crispy, so, fried? Additionally I was not asked if I would like it remade, or another kind of roll, I just simply did not get to eat sushi. And as mentioned we did not have a waitress anymore so it was not an option to even try again. Left here after eating thirty dollars of other mediocre dishes, but went to downtown Delray to Yama and had a great yellow-​tail roll prepared properly, so date night as saved.
Go to «nana noodle» across the street for a much better quality meal, atmosphere, pricing, and service that will not effectively ruin your date night. Or if you find yourself out east definitely try «ziree Thai and sushi» they are still the best in the county.
This is the 3^rd dish in my life I have ever sent back from anywhere, you don’t play around with cuts of raw fish.

Without a doubt, my favorite sushi place in Delray. Don’t underestimate it bc of the location, this place has authentic sushi and an awesome staff. I normally do takeout but the dine in location is great also. Open on all the major holidays as well!

My wife, daughter and I absolutely love this neighborhood diamond in the ruff. For sushi and Thai it is fantastic. Friendly courteous service and a wide variety on the menu to suit every taste.

So… good. I wanted sushi and it hit the spot. Everything was fresh and huge. I swear the sushi rolls were double the size of any other roll I have had elsewhere. We also tried the salmon skin salad which I might add, I have not found elsewhere. Once again the salmon skin appetizer was huge, enough to feed 4 people. Anyways we will be back. Thank you!

Some of the best Sushi in town. Fresh and well presented The staff is friendly and eager to please. Pricing is better than most Japanese restaurants. Pad Thai is WOW.

Ordered from here because our usual sushi restaurant was closed. Couldn’t even finish the food because it was so bad.

Great food! We just waited 5 minutes to seat and service was fast! We had edamame, shrimp and veg tempura, super chrunch and Alaska roll!

Small and quaint. Great service! Came a bit past lunch time but we were still offered the lunch time specials. Super clean and friendly. We thought we were starving until we noticed we couldn’t finish all our food due to it being a lot. Tried the calirornia and Delray rolls. Love it. Also had the teriyaki chicken, vegetable gyoza box that came with noodles, and tempura shrimp. We happily took our left overs home. Lots of food for a reasonably price. Bonus: we enjoyed out food while k-​pop music played in the background.

I always love coming here. The food is delicious, the prices are decent, and it’s just a little place that we can come with friends to sit back and enjoy a good meal. I tried their dessert for the first time and that is the only thing I did not like. Their fried cheesecake was not good and their Thai donuts were okay. Don’t come here for dessert, just come for the sushi and you won’t be disappointed :)

Their food is authentic! Their Sashimi is excellent! I wish though that they had more choices. There are some Sushi bars I’ve been to with a wider selection to choose from.

So I just went to Furin on a whim because I just moved into the area. Their food there is really nice for what it is. Its not the best sushi in the area and I am happy that I got what I got there. Their pad thai is a little lacking but still a decent pad thai nontheless. Décor is a little downbeat but still nice for it location. I will definitely recommend for other diners to try it out but please keep in mind that a lot of the ethnic places are not all about the service its about getting you food and grabbing all the sauces and stuff you need for yourself and the language barrier is hard enough at times. I will be exploring more areas of Delray and south florida to give my insights for places to try.

This is a gem of a place. Tasty sushi and excellent ambience. The super crunch roll, mexican roll are all worthy choices. Service is always pleasant and quick here. Nice and cozy atmosphere.

With a Midwestern background, we always do Friday night fish. Furin’s is now our new Florida style Friday night fish. My sister and her husband are regulars and my trip to Florida isn’t complete without a wonderful meal from there. We have found it to be one of the best around, great service, excellent sushi and for us close to home. we love to pick up and go.
My favorites are the Miami heat, one with eel and the volcano one. All are excellent.

Tiny family owned Thai and sushi place. Top notch service (although not formal), very friendly, great sushi, house made pineapple infused sake, great curry. The only thing that i can say was not top notch, ironically, was the padthai… Not bad but not top notch like all the other stuff. I do recommend that you ask for the tuna tartar on top of kale fried volcano style apetizer. Amazing. Amazing.

Best kept secret in Delray! Great Sushi, reasonable, family owned. Just really good.

Good food but horrible service. The waitress with the short blonde dyed hair has serious attitude problems. It is unfortunate because we do enjoy their food, for the most part… Last time my husband and I went, he found two hairs in his roll. Because it was close to their closing time, they didn’t even ask if he wanted something else (not that we did because we were so turned off by that point). They said they would take the roll off the check but as I mentioned, no one even bothered to suggest making him a new roll or if he wanted anything else for his meal.
This was at least the 4^th time that we received bad service there but we kept going because we kept thinking «maybe next time, the service will be better» and we live two seconds away from the restaurant.
Never again.

Had dinner at Furin for the first time 3 weeks ago after reviewing numerous positive reviews. Enjoyed the meal despite the unfriendly short haired dyed blond waitress. Decided to go back tonight and had a bad experience. My daughter ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and it came out with Chicken. I explained to our waitress that my daughter was allergic to Chicken and to please take it back and make a new dish without Chicken. She brought it back out in 5 minutes and sure enough, there was chicken in the dish. I was not happy. I asked her if she understood what I was telling her about «having an Allergy»
Someone decided it was wise to try and take the chicken out instead of making a new dish.
We sent it back and said she didn’t want anything else. They offered us 10 percent off. Upon realizing we had a 15 percent coupon (from their ad they run weekly) they came back to our table and said, we will give to 15 percent off and you can have the coupon back to use again next time. THEY OFFERED 15 PERCENT, THE SAME 15 PERCENT I WAS GETTING BEFORE THEY SCREWED UP AND TRIED TO HIDE IT BY BEING SNEAKY. THEY GAVE US THE 15 PERCENT COUPON BACK TO USE AGAIN WHICH IS THE SAME 15 PERCENT COUPON THAT IS IN THE PAPER EVERY WEEK. SO ESSENTIALLY, THEY GAVE US NOTHING FOR BEING UNETHICAL AND SLIMIE.
It’s unfortunate because the food is pretty good but can they be trusted to do the right thing in the future if there is a potential health/​food related problem?
Not sure I, m willing to take that chance.

Terribly rude wait staff! I have never been so offended in my life, and I’m generally a kind person, happy to give people the benefit of the doubt if they’re overly busy or having a hard night. I came with 3 friends and we needed to split the bill 3 ways. If looks could kill, we would have been dead on the spot!!! I thought this lady was going to stab me with a chopstick! She was so obviously angry that all of us commented to each other about it at the same time.
She proceeded to take our orders and was very short with us. We remained polite and tried not to order anything too complicated (4 entrees and 2 apps, with no special requests, no substitutions). The entrees came out before the apps, but we didn’t dare complain. The food was very tasty, but too bad the rude waitress’s attitude was so sour!!! We just peacefully ate our food and paid the checks promptly when finished. At that point while finishing my water, we were abruptly asked to leave, since «this table had reservations.»
Well, excuse us!!! It would have been nice to know that before we sat down to eat. Had that been announced to us at the beginning, we would have politely gone to another restaurant. This was close to the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life! Please be warned, Dine here at your own risk!

We revisited Furin after an absence of many months.
I once again was pleasantly sursprised.
The sashimi salad… was fish bountiful and zesty in flavor.
The eel hand rolls were generously sized and moistly delicious.
My sweetie ordered from the new early bird menu and was quite happy with her meal.
And yes, they did have a large asahi super dry!
