I must say, I am so sorry these guys are in trouble. I have had their service for about 5 months and they have been there for me day and night. Now they have some type of action against them, and I do not think it is fair… at least to me. I paid for two years. Just because some malcontents filed a complaint, how about the happy customers who have lost.

Called these guys because their number was on the receipt I received from tiger direct where I purchased my laptop on line. I figured that would be the way to go since my laptop was less than a year old and should still be under warranty well I talked to a super nice guy that deceived me blowing me off when I mentioned«isn’t it still under warranty?» But the guy was such a good B. Ser that he made me feel like I was getting great service when in reality I was getting ripped off. After being worked on about 3 – 4 times in a span of almost two weeks the updates are still failing and Then it wouldn’t even turn on so since its a HP I called them and guess what it is still under warranty and they are sending out someone to repair it. For free! I called OMG to cancel and of course I have to wait for someone to call me back after(shift change they say) yet it may take 48hrs to get a call back to cancel my account lol after I was on hold for almost 49 min. This may not be the end of the story since this is my second time trying to cancel the 1 year service and computer virus/malware protection I spent almost $ 400 for! Ugh! I should of called HP first and I will never buy a computer from tiger direct again! Wow just got off the phone after talking to two supervisors this company is so shady! I spent $ 400 for 12 months of service even their top tech couldn’t fix my computer I cancelled my service after 1 month and 4 tries with them working on it remotely all night long 4x and they said I’m suppose to tell them it’s still not working are you crazy? If your top tech couldn’t fix it how many chances am I suppose to give oh and then she said the cancelation period ended when did it end? I only had it for a month and still is not working correctly. they will only give me back half my money! This company will not last with this type of service enough people get screwed over word will get out and they will be done. Im calling tiger direct next to tell them they shouldn’t be having this companies info on their receipts. Don’t give your money to a business that doesn’t back up their work! How can they get away with this? Take your money and don’t fix the problem? And then give half the money back because hey we did try to fix it 4 times your suppose to give us more chances! Can you imagine you take your car to fix a flat tire and pay and then your tires still flat and then they won’t refund your money? I think I will call a lawyer, bbb, 7 on your side and anyone else who will listen.
