We had two great experiences with Passeri. Yes at times might seem a llittle busy, but for both of our projects(which were not very large) Debbie took the time to take our tile and mosaic samples into her yard which has a large selection of marble and granite and steer us to just the right selection. She prices her installations based on the material used and her price on three counter tops was hundred of dollars different than other suppliers In one case, our counter top needed to be installed on a certain date so that other work could begin. She met this deadline with a day or two to spare. Her installation crews work quickly and left absolutly no mess behind. There was a small touchup needed on the most recent installation and she had someone at my home the next day to take care or it. I have and will continue to recommend this company

Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took me 2 weeks just to get the owner Deb to actually take my order. After she took the order which was a week long process of back and forth I was told the tile would take two days to come in…(That was 6 weeks ago) it’s been a series of I’m with a customer right now I’ll call you back.(She NEVER calls back). Or she’s «not in» I’ll have her call you back… Which I KNOW she never will… I can’t believe this woman is still in business. Anywhere else in the country she’d be out of business already WHATEVER you do, do NOT order from this company. I gave half the cost deposit I’m going to call my CC and have charges reversed. Save yourself the aggravation
