Very nice people. Always helpful. Can be hit or miss at some stores. Lives up to the promise«you can do it, we can help». Was there to buy some random stuff yesterday. Good experience overall. Rented a van to move last week. Experience went well overall.

Home Depot is what it is as far as what they have, but I rate the stores based on how easy it is to get help. This store gets only two stars because it’d that. The one positive is that they are helpful when you finally do get someone. Hire more people!

I bought ALL new appliances Samsung fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. I purchased extended warranty, was told, no worry no hassle, we register everything. Well not even in the 1st year, the oven MELTED my cabinets, I called Samsung, they sent out a rep and repair person. Repair said cant be fixed, it is way stove made, internal insulation letting too much heat out. NEVER heard from SAMSUNGAGAIN! TODAY my dishwasher will not turn on!!! I go to home depot in lake worth by my home, «you have to go to store purchased from they have all your info. I called Delray, Stayed on hold forever, got disconnected, called back 32 minutes later same thing. I finally get through, they say Ohh, you have to call 1800home depot. So I did, They tell me I need the original receipt purchase price, warranty info, because, although their system SHOWED I have extended warranty they could no go further until they have the full purchase price receipt info. So much for the who verbiage empty sales pitch. DON’T buy an outside warranty, we have all files in on place, no need to copy fading receipts, we got you covered. Home Depot– you got me alright, for the 17g, i spend since 2013. Going forward I will be driving the extra time to shop anywhere but your stores.

What horrible customer service! I am renting a home in Delray Beach, Florida. The dishwasher broke, so, the people who own the house called this Home Depot to have a new dishwasher delivered and installed. When the delivery men came(and they were very nice and courteous) they told me the dishwasher on the truck was badly smashed up and they had to return it, and, someone would call me in one to two days to arrange for the delivery of a new one. After a week went by, with no one calling, I made numerous attempts to find out what was going on. Most of the time when you call this store, you wind up on hold for very long periods of time. When I finally got through, I was given a run-a-round as to what was going on. One person said I will be called a day or two before the new one will be delivered, no call came. Then, I was told a customer service person, named AJ was handling it. Twice he was supposed to call me back and never did. When I called and asked to speak to the store manager, I was told he could not help me because he is not familiar with individual department problems. If he is the store manager, don’t you think he would get involved??? When I called yesterday, I again got a run-a-round and told them I was in my car on my way over there. Finally, they said AJ was on the phone with the home owner. Shortly thereafter, I spoke to the home owner who told me she was so put out and upset because they still could not give her a straight answer. She wound up canceling the order and I am now expecting a new dishwasher from So, unless you are buying something off the rack and taking it home, STAYAWAY from this Home Depot!!! They should have checked the dishwasher, visually, before it was put on a truck and sent out. Their re-ordering and customer service totally sucks. I am in the process of buying a home down here and will need appliances and other items, Home Depot can be assured I am not buying from them!

I am not a Home Depot girl. I will rather use a stapler than a hammer and nail. I would rather use double sided tape. I would rather use crazy glue. But, when a hurricane is a coming, or I do need something the chick version of Home Depot doesnt have(BBB– Bed, Bath and Beyond!) home depot is cool. I havent had much experience with either but HD seems like my first thought over Loews. Whenever I questioned the staff(yes, I really questioned them a LOT!) they all knew the answers or made sure they did. It wasn’t so bad, all things considering — it could’ve been worse, like the dentist. This place is cool, huge and helpful.

Its an average home depot. The main store is no different than any other home depot. Nothing special there, so I will focus my review on the aspect of the Depots that does vary… The garden section and selection… In short everything is dead… on on the way there. I took a stab in the dark on one of their big boy tomato plants, basil, rosemary, thyme and peppers. the plants looked like they were on the last leg before i brought them home. The staff was completley absent not withstanding the Scotts Miracle Gro person that helped me select the best plant available and also helped me find appropriate pots to plant them. I go to this HD because, and only because, its close. Its not worth the drive. Also if you want plants I found a better nursury on Military across from the Farmers Market.

Typical Home Depot that is located off Jog Road and Atlantic Avenue. They have plenty of parking and a good selection of items.
