Michele Santom is a firm but gentle instructor who is ideal for all levels of yoga from basic beginner to advanced. Classes are well-​run in a spotlessly clean spacious room with toilet facilities. Very effective instructors for rehab and cancer survivors. Class members are congenial, not show-​offs; instructors engender a family-​like atmosphere. Chair yoga class once a week.
Small lending library on yoga. Reiki circle class also offered, as well as private yoga sessions, which are excellent.
As an elderly newcomer to yoga, I can recommend True Nature Holistic Yoga without reservation. Try it for a beautiful enriching experience.

True Nature yoga studio has been my favorite thing for the past couple of years. Not only because the outstanding yoga teachers but also because this place is very special and different.
When you walk in True Nature, you feel intermediately at home, the classes are small and everybody gets individual attention the students are like a family and they truly care for each other.
Michelle Santom, owner and main teacher, has extensive yoga, reiki and nutrition training. She is compassionate, fun and down to earth. She has created and atmosphere of positivity, love and support. It is unlike any other yoga studio that I have been to. I could not thank her enough for creating such a beautiful place for people like me to attend to take yoga classes and to meditate.

Michele is not only a great yoga instructor but a true friend. True Nature is open to all levels of yoga and they cater to your practice. Well affordable and great location. They truly take the time to offer personal one on one help. Unlike other yoga places they have smaller classes and work with you. I have been going to this yoga class for years now even before it was true Nature and have met many new friends. They teach Ana Forest style yoga.
