No lie– WORST customer service of my life! I highly recommend going to another Walgreens for any of your shopping needs. I go to Walgreens all over the state about once a month for work. We get hundreds of pictures printed each time. This month I had the pictures printed at this«24 Hour» Walgreens. I put the order in online around 11:00pm. The site said the order would be done at 3:20am. I even got an email saying the order had been processed. This is the same process I use every single month at the other Walgreens all over the state, so I had no reason to think this time would be different. I was so wrong. Before I left this morning to pick up the photos, around 7:45 am, I called to make sure the pictures were ready for pick up. When I called in no one was even in the photo department. I had to wait until they could have someone run over to see if my pictures were ready. The employee finally got back on the phone with me to let me know my 395 pictures hadn’t even been started yet! Um how is ready by 3:20 am the same as not starting until 7:45am ?? At my job we use the pictures in an activity with families and children. This activity happens in the morning, so having the pictures ready is time sensitive. I spoke with the manager on duty, Gian-Pierre,(over the phone) and he said the pictures would be done by 9am. I told him that would be an issue, and that I really needed them by 8:30am. He essentially told me they would be ready when they’re ready. I should’ve known then that my experience with Gian-Pierre wouldn’t be a good one. I drove over to the Walgreens at 8:50 hoping that my pictures would be done. Nope. Only 188 had printed… Out of 395! I couldn’t believe it! I was speaking with 3 employees about how I was told 9 am over the phone and how the website said 3:20am. Unbeknownst to me, Gian-Pierre, the manager!, was one of those 3 employees. He didn’t chime in at all to say«I was the one you spoke with» or anything like that. Instead he just let me stand there asking question after question about what was up and about what I was supposed to do. I noticed that he was was wearing a manager outfit so I flat out asked him if he was the one I spoke to. Once he admitted that he was that’s when he decided that he would throw customer service out the door. This man never looked me in the eye. It was as if I wasn’t worth his time of day. The majority of our conversation was spent with him looking down at some papers. I asked to speak with his manager– he said he wouldn’t be able to help me with any kind of discount on my order even though it was hours late. He told me that his manager only comes in on Mondays so I couldn’t speak with him. I called him on that and asked him to please let me speak with the store manager over the phone. Well that never happened. Instead Gian-Pierre rudely told me that we could get a 15% discount on our order. He also told me that the pictures would be ready when they were ready again, and that I could just sit and wait if I wanted. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to this way as a customer at Walgreens. Very disappointing. I highly suggest Gian-Pierre undergo some sort of customer service training. In no way is he manager material. He is definitely giving Walgreens a bad look.

Ordered my prints online and my given pick up time was 1 hr after my order was submitted. Went to go pick up my prints and waited at the counter for about 15minutes before anyone even acknowledged a customer was standing there, and the only reason I was acknowledged was because I asked could I be helped. The lady asked me was this a pick up and my last name. Then she said I’m sorry they haven’t been printed yet it’ll be about 15 minutes. I said ok and sat to wait. Another costumer comes in and waits to be served, never got acknowledged, he waited about 15 minutes with me and said this is ridiculous and left. Sad to say I’m still sitting here waiting on my prints. Just received my prints and the quality of the pictures are awesome customer service was still bad though
