Just to respond to Viv N. Maybe it is just a difference in management. At my store, those many years ago, our General manager always gave us the green light to call the store and request a discount for an unhappy customer. The thought? Making an unhappy customer happy will result in repete customers. As for the address, again maybe just a management issue, but we got racked over coals if we didn’t VERIFY the address for the customer every time they called, including repete/frequent customers. Again, it’s a service industry business, and thanks to their LACK of customer service, they won’t see me or my families business again.

Each time I’ve ordered from Domino’s, I was deeply disappointed with the delivery service and the poor quality of their food. I have given up on the notion that it could get better, but unfortunately, this is the worst pizza in the entire county.
