If you like macaroni and cheese with the cheese from a can and frozen biscuits, bread, and pie, then this is your place. I know this because I looked in their dumpster after eating there! The hoity– toity owner is so full of herself it is enough to take away your appetite. «Pooled eggs», come on! The cassoulet is a joke, lacking ingredients that are true to the recipe. Throwing a few French words around on the menu doesn’t make the place a real bistro. I glanced into the kitchen before eating and saw ingredients laying around that should have been refrigerated or on ice and were not. An hour later the same ingredients were still there and still not under ice. Disgusting! There are good restaurants in Delta, don’t waste your time with this one. Bön appetite!

This new restaurant in Delta is a wonderful addition. We had a great lunch. We ordered 2 specials — Bacon Lettuce Avocado Tomato flatbread and meatloaf. The tomato on the flatbread was phenomenal for this time of year. Meatloaf was tasty and was served with smashed potatoes, Texas toast and gravy. They also have dessert crepes that you can customize. We shared a whipped cream, cinnamon ice cream, chocolate one with candied walnuts. Service is friendly and efficient.

There is nothing as comforting as good comfort food. And no place as cozy as this Bistro! The chef really knows her stuff and the fare isn’t just the ordinary American fare, every recipe has flavor and flare! Excellent food both breakfast and lunch, I’ve eaten there three times over some weeks since the grand opening. The service is always friendly and the food, no matter what I ordered, was fantastic! I’ll be a regular, as I like good food made with love!
Can’t beat it!
