I can not even count how many times I’ve driven up to this location for a mcflurry only to have them tell me the machine is down. It’s very inconvenient and has been going on for so long I finally had to come on here and leave a review. I think it’s a little bit ridiculous nearly every time I go I’m told I cannot get a mcflurry, I would say ⁸⁄₁₀ times. I’ve been told multiple things each time and frankly I don’t know if they’re being honest or just lazy but I will not be returning to this location again.

Came to the drive thru, lady was kinda rude.“Hello, what would you like?” I believe what should have been said was «Welcome to McDonald’s may I take your order.» But instead I got a rude person (9:49 am 11÷26÷15). If I wanted service like that I would have gone to WalMart. And to top tings off they got my order wrong… If I wanted ham on my mcmuffin I would have said regular. I wanted Sausage on my food and you failed at your 9 $ an hour job. If you can’t read a screen go back to school.

Frigging trainwreck. Took almost 10 minutes for a dang burger, fries and coke. People playing chicken with each other over who was going to move out of the two drive-thrus. Took forever to get the order. Fortunately, this location isn’t a necessity. I can go somewhere else next time. Just thought it might be convenient.

Witnessed a woman fall tonight at this McDonald’s. Management didn’t even come out to see if the lady was ok. The floor was wet and there were not any wet floor signs out. Right after she fell they hurried and put the signs out. Now that I know they truly don’t care about their customers I will not be returning. Hopefully they figure out what manager was on I know it was a man with glasses.

It can get a bit busy at this location during mealtimes, but that’s deltona for ya, not a lot of options to spread people around. They manage ok.

What can be said about McDonald’s that hasn’t been said before? You either love it or hate it. We for one love it!
This particular one is in a lot with a Publix and a Lowe’s and yet anytime I have been, the service has been right on. The food is always hot! There is nothing worse than ordering fries and them being cold!
Deltona is moving up with having a decent Mickie D’s in town!
