Totsie is terrible! We gave our $ 500 down as she required for the house which they cashed the check and then sold the house to someone else! Not only did we try to go through them to purchase a home but called the office to inquire about other places and RUDE employees! You’re better off contacting the original owners and doing the research yourself!
