This is the coolest tucked away pub and pizza house in this part of East County. Always very busy and very friendly! love it

We stopped here on our way back from Mount Baker since we were told it was one of the best places for pizza in Whatcom County. It was indeed a great place and choice to stop by. My friend and I each ordered a pizza so we could try their different pies and take some home for later. We got the Pineapple Express/Veggie and the Meaty/Spicy pizzas, which were all great options. They were fairly generous with the meat and toppings to the pizza. Even though I am from Bellingham, I don’t know if I would drive 30 – 40 minutes all the way out to this place but if I was on Highway 542 heading up or down from Baker, I wouldn’t mind stopping in again.

My favorite pizza in the county! Great beer and root beer as well. The Hefeweizen is my go-to favorite, but the Kriek is my other favorite! The spicy pizza and the Pineapple Express pizza are excellent, and the Caesar salad is a great starter. A small is plenty for two people! No cell service or wifi, so you actually have to talk to your tablemates. North Fork is definitely worth the drive out!

A great mid way stop for quality, fun, fresh beer and cider with hearty pizza to match. My family lives close, so it’s an easy stop for us all to go celebrate something or grab a bite without totally making a full trip out. Liked the selection of beverage options, liked that parking was pretty straightforward and fairly plentiful. Liked the friendliness of the folks there. Warm, cheerful, helpful and the exact level of light attentiveness I want. Really interesting décor– ahem– it IS a beer shrine. A little dark, but that’s not too bad. On the less side, it was fairly spendy and a little chilly. On such a sunny day I was wishing for outside seating. They were right in the middle of the timeline for speed of service, which didn’t bug me at all. I had to go with salads and veggie stuff, being dairy/meat free was definitely a bummer. It can get a bit loud, but it’s Deming– who cares? A great option instead of Chair 9 or that Italian Ruffigios or something place. I’ll be back. And I’ll bring friends.

We love coming here! The food is fabulous and so is the atmosphere! My favorite is the mushroom lasagna and of course the peanut butter pie! They also support the Bellingham Animal Shelter and the co-op. You can’t go wrong here!

I’ve been a fan of the Northfork forever! There’s a reason that I and everyone else keep coming back! They have a great menu. I always start with a house salad(Which two can share) with their homemade Green Goddess dressing. Then, a large pizza. Yep, only two of us, but the 2am cravings set in after this place! We usually get half and half so we can try out all of their specialty pizzas. We also like to «make our own». A totally relaxed environment and worth the drive out there from anywhere. Thank you!

The waiter did excellent Considering that place was packed when we walked in and continued to get more packed. Noticed many salads being served with beer. I had a greek Antipasto type salad. It was good.

We stopped in after snowshoeing on a Saturday. They were busy but the table rotations are pretty quick so we were seated after maybe 10 minutes. The pizza was fantastic, the caesar salad was tasty and the strong scotch ale is great. We sampled a few other beers and certainly preferred the scotch ale. Good service. Enjoy!!!

This place was packed and had people on a wait list. Only one server that I could see. He was so friendly and in good spirits. Great salmon salad with a amazing pesto dressing. The homemade root beer was excellent!

Went for a drive on a rainy Sunday. Stopped in at North Fork. The pizza wasn’t as good as I remember, but still adequate. The ESB was far too creamy for my taste. They put it on nitro, which I think is a bad idea, but it must work out for the other customers. The IPA was good.

great pizza, artisanal beer, great music. Great bartender, the one who plays the indie rock. They used to have these mojo potatos with this green sauce. I heard locals swear the sauce is an aphrodisiac! If you eat it bring your camper!!!

I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cool greeting and frigid interactions with the one waitstaff on shift during our visit. I’m glad that my wife and I stumbled upon this curious brewery on our way home from playing on the summit. There is plenty of free parking in a gravel lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Families are welcome in the main dining area. There is a small partitioned area that is considered 21+. I was surprised to see how many people were dining here and how many people were just entering to fill their growlers and pick up their pizza’s. I was only surprised due to the fact that this brewery is located in the middle of gorgeous nowhere. Where the locals were coming from I couldn’t tell you. Locals they were though. We each enjoyed a pint of Strong Scotch Ale while we hungrily waited for our pizza to be prepared. Next time we’ll have our growlers with us so that we can take some home with us to enjoy. We chose the 12″ House Meat Pizza(6 generous slices) for our lunch: marinara sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, onion, whole roasted garlic cloves, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. What a great choice we made! The crust was nice and thin. The ingredients fresh. Paired perfectly with our slurps. Thank you North Fork for sharing a slice of heaven with us. I look forward to future slurps and brews and a more welcoming encounter with the staff.

Awesome pizza and Brew! Very busy restaurant, but well worth the wait! The atmosphere has a local pub feel, though we felt welcome. Try the steamers– you will not regret it if you are a fan of oysters.

Finally made the trek out during our last visit to Bham, well worth it. Tasted an amazing framboise and enjoyed not just an assortment of great pizza but a family sized serving of expertly prepared steamers. Great menu and a homie vibe makes this place a winner. And the beer of course!

It’s a hot summer night in Bellingham, and you ask yourself: where can I go to get a good beer, delicious pizza, and maybe even take a pretty drive out towards Mount Baker? Well folks, here’s your answer. The North Fork delivers all that and more(you can even get married there if you’re really in the mood to live dangerously). The beer is inventive and sublime, from their sweet/hoppy IPA to the more mellow/roasty deliciousness of their Son of Frog amber, to their signature sour(s) and even a fresh-off-the-vine Framboise, these guys know their brews and how to do them right. And then there’s the pizza. A chewy-yet-crispy thin crust topped with any number of delicious meats/veggies/cheese. And I haven’t even mentioned their Caesar salad yet, which goes down as the one and only place on earth where I’ll eat anchovies willingly. The service is friendly, too, and the prices are fair(about $ 20/ea including beer, salad, and pizza). The North Fork does it right.

Adorable spot with tons of beer. We had a snack and some beer… The root ear floats are great for the youngsters as well and you can nab a few sips because it is amazing. Also had a pizza and the sausage on the supreme was fantastic.

Great water = Great Pizza The water above the North Fork Brewery gets to taste kinda nasty as you hit Glacier and Mt Baker. The North Fork Brewery’s water tastes really good. What’s in it for you? Great pizza and great beer! The place has a laid back, local vibe which is just perfect: you are going to get what you expect. My GF and I had two pizzas, one a special in memory of Leonard Nimoy and the other a pepperoni pie. The pizzas were well cooked and yummy. Is it fancy hoity toity pizza? No: it’s fill your stomach, stick to your rib pizza with a nice, yeasty dough and good sauce. After a long day in the mountains, it’s just what I want to consume to celebrate a great day out. We also had the house salad, and it was a salad. It did it’s nutritional job and that’s all I can say about it.

Worst. Service. Ever! Awesome pizza! Awesome beer! Server was a douche from the second we walked in. He may as well have thrown the pizza at us. Won’t be back as long as he’s still serving there.
