I am thankful that we have a place to go for non-emergency treatment. I had to go in twice last week. The first visit was for tendinitis. I thought for sure I had fractured my thumb. They x-rayed to make sure, but the diagnosis was spot on. The second visit was for an illness that hit me hard out of nowhere. Woke up feeling fine, and the next thing I know, I felt like crap. I could not hear out of one ear and was very dizzy. Lake After Hours took care of me, and for me, that is an important feeling to have after the visit. I had a lot of fluid in that ear I could not hear out of, and after taking the prescribed medications, I was feeling much better the next day. The only negative is the wait time. If you walk in and the waiting room is full, just prepare yourself that you are going to be there a while.
