I was in the office recently to get an eye exam and new glasses. I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I left. There was a large selection of frames for me to choose from, and the girl that helped me was very knowledgeable regarding my insurance. Today, when I went back to pick up my glasses, I was helped within minutes of my arrival. I love my new glasses and my new look. I will be referring my friends and family to Denison Optical. Thanks for a great experience.

I had a slight emergency with both my eyes the staff and doctor was kind enough to see me right away, I have gone back a couple of times to get rechecked and they have ALWAYS be kind to me…

The worst retail experience ever! Let me clarify, at no point did we ever see the eye doctor, so I am only giving opinions based on our interactions with the other staff. I took my son to look for frames, and we were ignored for a very long time, eventually waited on, and then the girl became very frustrated when he didn’t find a frame and we elected to go elsewhere. The girl seemed angry that she would have to cancel the authorization. My husband went in looking for frames and felt the same thing. He waited a long time, and felt like he was treated poorly because he has just gotten off work and was dirty, which made him especially self conscious. He said the lady was rude and not helpful. Once he got his glasses, they had to be taken back 4 times before they were correct! It took roughly 6 weeks to make sunglasses! I personally witnessed Shonda speaking very ugly to an older lady, and received many dirty looks from her. Every time we went in there, we instantly knew we were being talked about, and we are not paranoid kind of people. Mary Ann was initially very understanding and addressed our concerns, but upon returning the glasses so many times she eventually appeared to be frustrated with us. I have placed a call to the doctor that has not been returned, and today I mailed her a letter to advise of the terribly poor service and attitude coming from her business. We will never do business here again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I intend to inform my vision insurance of the poor service. My recommendation? Keep shopping, there are better selections, better prices, and far better customer service elsewhere!
