I love the location, the ambiance, the music, the food and the service here. I have never been disappointed. It’s sort of a kitchy small town place, but I love it!

Great Italian food. Best I’ve found and in many ways better than any chain outfit. Excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. Not open on Sunday Monday or Tuesday. Worth a dedicated visit. I’ve had both evening meals and lunch specials. You will be very satisfied.

My favorite Italian! Love the baked ziti, and Mr. DeVolli is always so friendly everytime that we are in.

Excellent eggplant florentine! House Italian dressing was uniquely delicious. Great live music! Awesome value. All around best Italian in Denison!

This place has had plenty of time to get it together but the food totally sucks. EVERYTHING is smothered in thick canned tasting tomato sauce. It all tastes the same.

The bread and butter is great here. The salad I did not even finish. It was –just– lettuce… iceberg lettuce. and if that’s not the worst part… It was the worst part of the lettuce head. The spaghetti was bland but a decent amount. The staff were cheerful and the place was set up beautifully. It makes me want to have a glass of wine

We stopped here after leaving the casino in Durant, OK. I just happened to find this place on Google maps. The staff was super friendly. We were seated immediately. There was a gentleman playing a musical instrument that added to the ambience of the place. The restaurant is very quaint and cozy. Mom and dad were with us and absolutely loved the bread and garlic butter that was brought to our table. The waitress was prompt in bringing our drink order. The menu was reasonably priced. Our food came out hot. Every bite was delicious from the side salad and bread to the main entrée. My tea glass was never empty and the breadbasket always had fresh bread. The owner came to our table to see if everything was alright with our meal. He made his rounds to all the tables. I highly recommend this homemade Italian food restaurant. It is absolutely the best.

I changed my rating so hopefully it will be recommended and you can see it. Don’t be fooled by the stars you see. As of today there are more negative reviews about this place than positive. Just scroll down and look for the ones that aren’t recommended. The food is horrible, the owner thinks he’s a wise guy, and the overall hygiene is questionable. Avoid at all costs.

Devolli’s saved my wife and I on want was a bad experience. We had gone to another restaurant and it was terrible. Devolli’s saved our night. The atmosphere was wonderful the wine incredible and the chicken cappuccino and salmon was very very good. The trumpet player we listened to was smooth as a fresh frozen pond. We took a bottle of their wonderful homestead wine home with us. Thank you so very much for saving our Saturday night! We’ll return often…

I ate there once and it was great. Subsequent trips have deteriorated each time. The last time, I had the«Chicken Marsala» that seemed to be missing the«Marsala» and it appeared to be two pieces of breast meat, but one was breast and the other was unidentifiable. It may have just been soggy breading, but I couldn’t eat it. The sauce was more like greasy brown gravy. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone at any time. Sorry. If the food measured up to the«Quaintness and Charm» of the location, then it might be a nice place. but Alas…

Crap. This place serves the same dish but with a different name. It all comes to the take looking the same. The veal is frozen and tastes horrible. The sauces are all watered down and there’s globs of cheese piled on top. My work had a big lunch there and after we were all done most of us decided we will never be back.

This is the place to go for authentic, homemade Italian food in the Denison/Sherman area. The owner is super-friendly and purely interested in the customer’s experience. The lunch special is very reasonable with a main dish, side salad and bread. Including drink, it’s under $ 7. The only thing I’m not happy with is the pizza. It’s been soggy every time I’ve ordered it. However, the easy fix is just to eat something else… especially the cheese ravioli. Skip the mainstream Italian(*cough* Olive Garden *cough*) and make time for a trip to Downtown Denison.

We ate here once again because it was voted Texoma’s best. The bread is awesome and it is connected to a wine shop which will serve you wine by the glass or bottle. We started with mozzerella sticks which were great but the calamari sucked. The meat balls were delicious and the bread was out of this world good. Its too bad they are in Denison because they would get alot more traffic in Sherman. The waitress was excellent. Overall, I still prefer Johnny Carinos or Olive Garden.
