Seriously, try this place without sauce and see if you find any smoke flavor. The food is fresh but it tastes like roast beef. I’m confused on how they get a smoke ring with zero smoke flavor. There are better places in Denison to get real BBQ from.

From Indiana, me and my family go down to Texas every year and we never leave home without going to Lew’s. I guess Lew no longer owns the place, it’s owned by Randy now, but he’s doing an amazing job carrying on the tradition. If you’re in the area, dont pass it up! It’s more than worth it. This is the definition of Texas smokehouse barbeque.

Stopped here but unfortunately they were just sold out! Still giving him 3 stars because he’s got to be good if he’s sold out. People pulling up said the same thing. So be prepared with alternates.
