A great American diner experience with all the food and ambience that go with that. Great burgers. Huge portions and we always take food home.

Love the place but hate the smell as I walk in and leave. I really enjoy the food and the staff at Nicks. While I respect others right to smoke, the smoking section is in the front by the front door and the cashier. You have no choice but to stand there while waiting to check out.

I was not happy with serves the waitress, had to do front cash to cash people out and run around to much. the meatloaf was bad and taste like blend ws not happy custermer.

Love Nick’s! Really good breakfast and the daily specials are wonderful. Try the Rueben sandwich — its really good. Nicks staff is very nice and Nick is super friendly and loves his customers

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday & had eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast & split an order of French toast with hubby. This was a fabulous breakfast! Highly recommend!

We come to Nicks every Sunday for breakfast. Yes it has a Smoking Section and Yes it has a Non Smoking Section if you don’t like that it’s simple go to IHOP! I’ve never been served by anyone resembling Honey Boo Boo but I can tell you if you want a darn good breakfast and fast service with the locals then this is the place to go.

I’m with the previous reviewer… however, it’s never my choice to eat here. It’s always against my will, like birthdays and Mother’s Day, when it’s ‘eat with the group or don’t eat at all’.
The food here is not even as good as your traditional greasy diner food… it’s worse. And no matter what an establishment tells its customers, you cannot have a non-​smoking section in your restaurant if there’s a smoking section, too. Not even if you shove it in the back and turn on the ceiling fans.

I had never been here before and after my office moved downtown I thought I’d give at least one try. Here’s how it went with no exaggeration. I sat down and ordered my drink looked over the menu and chose a very common item, and was waved off the the waitresses (yes plural, both of them). They acted like I had just ordered poison. So I picked another common item, was given the so-​so hands gesture, so I just asked what they thought I should order, the older waitress said «anything you want just as long as it’s at another restaurant, but here go with the Chicken fried steak.» It arrived accompanied by corn and mashed tators. Corn was bland and mush, Tators are supposed to be mush, these were actully not bad and didn’t seem to be from a box based on the chunks of tator. The whole experience was just blah, bland and boring just like the CFS. I can’t say I’ll go back, but I can say the tea was wet, and the food was hot, just left a lot the be desired.
If you’re not looking for anything fancy or with flavor and don’t mind eating with Honey Boo Boo’s mom and family, then this would be your kind of place.
