Very nice place, full hook ups, close sites but still very clean and friendly! Walking distance to a great private beach! Kids are having a blast. Wifi very slow

Did not find any of the things people were talking about… we came from Michigan I thought the park was clean people were friendly helpful … I did think the woman in the store did not seem to know very much about the area in general but we did hear she was a newbe so maybe give her a chance … We also heard the this property has been bought by some investors so who knows maybe it will be a hotel or condominium in a few years … However we enjoyed our three day stay.

My family attempted to purchase supplies from their little general store, the angry lady behind the counter literally refused us service because we asked to purchase too many of the item.
What’s the deal with that? Who turns down a sale because someone wants to buy too many of an item? The rude woman also had the audacity to tell us to go to another store to buy these because «their store was only meant to sell small numbers of items.»
I’ve been visiting cape cod for my whole life and using this store every visit. Thanks to this miserable customer service I will never shop at this store again.
