This place used to be good recently got some pizza and not only did the pizza not taste good but the pizza wasn’t even cut it was a whole pizza and I had to cut it. I haven’t had them in some time and now I most likely won’t be going back again

Very inconsistent. We’ve been here several times, and you just never know what you’re going to get. Tonight, the only good part of our meal was the salad, which is always good. Pasta roma had zero flavor — did you run out of garlic? The garlic bread didn’t even have any garlic flavor. Absolutely awful. Ingredients listed on the menu were not all included in the meal. If you come here, cross your fingers that it’s a good night. And be prepared to be disappointed.

Beautiful place to have a great Italian meal. The patio is gorgeous and really expands the seating capacity. This restaurant is located across from the Depot and makes for a very scenic stop. It’s a hit with locals and tourists.

I had dinner there tonight ordering a small thin crust pizza with ham, fresh mushrooms and onions. I also ordered a side salad . I like the décor of this restaurant. It has a lot of local flair to it of high school sports teams from the area. Nice ambiance. First the salad arrived. It was good but for $ 4 I think a little overpriced. I would not recommend it at that price. Then the pizza arrived in squares instead of an oval. It was very good. I think I could have eaten the large size as it was thin crust. I really enjoyed it. I wish I could try one if their pasta dishes. Maybe next time if I get back here. My table service was good. This is probably your best dining option in town considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Also, I really liked the music playing in the background. Nice easy listening music that adds to a nice dining experience. I recommend! The next day I went to Pangrazio’s for lunch and ordered the same thing. Read my review. I rate Dennison Yard higher. This restaurant is much nicer and the pizzas slightly better.

It doesn’t get better than this pizza! The pasta is to die for, too! My only complaint is the often poor service… seems like there is no structure for seating guests. Once you’re seated, be ready for great food!

Great food but be prepared to wait awhile and service sucks and way to close to other tables not alot of room in place so you kinda feel alittle uncomfortable.

Server was great. Pizza was great for myself and kids. My wife ordered gnochi and meatballs. The meatballs were served cold. We told a gentlemen who was part of the management team about it. With no apology offered up he simply said he would bring out fresh meatballs. The hot meatballs came out promptly again with no apology from him. This time they were hot but tough as shoe leather. He did come back and ask how they were and when my wife said«They are just OK» he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Simply because of his indifference I won’t be back. The whole situation would have been dismissed with a little more concern from him. Poorly handled.

Awesome Italian food!!! Little small for as popular as it is. Worth the drive if you are in Tusc county. In top 3 restaurants in T county.

Their pizza is good, but I go for the baked pasta. It’s a huge portion of pasta with your choice of pizza toppings — and they have some unusual choices that go well with my tastes(fresh garlic, feta cheese, etc). I have never had a truly bad meal there. My only complaint is that the wait times are insane, especially on the weekends — but hey, I’d rather they stay busy and keep serving their fantastic food rather than close.

Excellent place to eat. The portion sizes are huge and the prices very reasonable. Pay attention to menu because if it says«hot» it means it. Great local atmosphere and you will have fun looking at all the memorabilia hanging on the walls.

See my review of nearby Pangrazio’s: These two establishments go hand-in-hand when it comes to out-of-this world pizza. There really isn’t much more to say that wasn’t stated in my other review. I hate to do that, but the two are so closely intertwined. The Yard typically offers the better ambience of the two, with exposed brick walls displaying countless treasures of local sports dating back decades. Order a pizza or two, grab a beer, and I promise you’ll be treated to the best example of Italian-American cuisine in all of Ohio :)

Awesome local place, we’ve made a tradition of going here for pizza before the Polar Express train ride! Great pizza, we’ve had the veggie and a pineapple w/ham, both were terrific. Crust is a bit thicker, but really just right. Menu also had a full offering of Italian dishes. Also a full bar. Highly recommend the Dennison Yard if you’re in the area!
