To be fair, Rite Aid has had a face lift to the inside of the store. It has been redesigned, and they have removed much of the cluttering merchandise at the front of the store. The aisles are redesigned, and the overall look of the store is much more pleasant. The last few times I have been there, I dealt with helpful sales staff who pointed me in the right direction, and I did not have to wait long to check out. So overall, I think running in to get a prescription or an item in the store is a more pleasant experience.

Been going here for years, convenient, most of the employees are helpful but…
Never enough registers open…
Was waiting in line the other day while cashier was working on an issues with what I thought was a customer, turned out it was another employee making a pruchase and tying up the one cashier station that was open.
