Bonita Nails And Tan

Worst customer service ever. The employees need a MAJOR attitude adjustment. Not sure what all the high praise is about in the other reviews.
I have gone in on three separate occasions to get my eyebrows done and the lady (who I think is the owner) has never been friendly. I guess asking for a service you offer that takes literally 5 minutes to do is too much for this business to handle.
I gave her one more chance yesterday and she was so ugly to me that I walked out without saying a word. I will not be returning! If I could give zero stars, I would.
There are plenty of other salons nearby that will treat you a lot better.

Sweetest people ever! I went along with 8 other girls for a bridal party and they were so nice to us. They took such good care of us and the nail services are amazing! I would come back here all the time but I’m not from here.

Made an appointment for my husband and I to have manicures and pedicures yesterday afternoon and was told they could take us both this morning at 9 am.
When we showed up at 5 minutes to 9 this morning the door was locked and no lights were on. The hours listed on the door said their hours are 10 am! We waited 15 minutes and also left a message in their phone. I Unilocaled another salon (Luxor Salon and Spa on Teasley Ln) and they were able to take us both right away. We drove over there and had the best mani/​pedi ever!!! By the way I never got a call back from Bonita Nails! Don’t waste your time with Bonita and do yourself a favor and go to Luxor, you won’t be sorry! I gave one star because you can not give 0 stars!

pros: I got in quick, and there wasn’t a wait. The people were friendly and they offered me a water or tea. the water wasn’t too hot or too cold, and the scrub they used on my legs and feet smelled like citrus and didn’t irritate my skin. The price was great, very affordable for what I got.
cons: the only thing I can say is she was a little rough on my cuticles.

They do a REALLY good job here, but there is usually a wait because only 3 or 4 people work here. They are all very nice though, and it is family owned. I recommend this place but waiting does suck.

Based on my experience (1 visit), they are very friendly and customer-​focused. I walked in for eyebrow waxing and the lady took the upmost care in shaping, trimming, and waxing them. She was very gentle but also efficient, and I took a card to make sure I’d have their name and address for later. My brows look great now, thanks!

I’ve been here only twice and I have to say that I love it here! The place is owned by this couple & they’re both extremely sweet and helpful. They do an awesome job on my nails and it’s obvious that they care a lot about the customer’s experience. I will be back.

The attention to detail and customer service at Bonita Nail Salon is out of this world. The wonderful couple that runs the salon are quite possibly some of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. They always do a top notch job on any mani or pedi I’ve gotten. The gel nails here last a week longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been as well. I can’t speak highly enough of this gem. Don’t even think twice about coming here. Do it. Call and make an appointment if you can!

I had my doubts when we pulled into this little strip. The gentleman who did my nails was the owner and he was the sweetest! The price wasn’t too bad $ 20 for a full set and he did a wonderful job! He really perfected my nails!
They also are connected to the tanning salon next door and everything is new since they remodeled. I’ll be coming here from now on!

This place is awesome! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good go to nail salon. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, plus they do a really good job and don’t rush through your service! Go try it, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

It’s now named Bonita Nails. I first took my mother-​in-​law here based off of the great Unilocal reviews. She said it was the best pedicure she had ever had — and I must agree! They are so wonderful and welcoming, their prices are unbelievably reasonable and they do a great job. I get my brows waxed regularly here and have always been satisfied. This is now my ‘go to’ place for all of my waxing and nail needs!

The name is now Bonita Nails so that was a bit confusing but this was a really great place! I rarely get my nails done but on impulse I went in to get gel nails and they were very nice and did an excellent job. Very affordable, will definitely go back.

I went in yesterday based off the reviews I saw here. I haven’t had my nails done in a LONG time, I usually do them myself, but decided to treat myself. Man am I glad I did! My nails look beautiful and the owners are so nice. I messed up my nail the first day, I called at 6:30 and told them what I did and they told me to come back and they’d fix it, even though I wouldn’t make it back before they close at 7, they waited for me to get there, got there about 7:05 (already 5 mins after they closed) and they fixed it without complaining that I was so stupid lol and came back AFTER they closed. They asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed or a pedi since I was there lol, still well past closing time, so I told them I’d like to have my eyebrows done but since I have a scar through the entire length of my left brow, it’s hard to do without making it look too thin and uneven, the lady that owns it looked at it while her hubs fixed my nail and said she thinks she can do it. She did an amazing job, AMAZING! I have NEVER had anyone EVER make them look decent, much less great! I will go back again and again and will be telling everyone I know that this is the place to go! Their prices are really good too, very inexpensive, but the they do not skimp on results and quality!

The couple that owns this place are so sweet, they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure and the prices are GREAT. To top it off you can tan for $ 5 or $ 12 for the high intensity bed.

I love love love Lady Nails and Tan. After they changed management the improvement went through the roof. Not only have the people changed but the inside has changed as well. Their tanning beds are of good quality and no matter what you decide to get done when it comes to pedi’s mani’s and waxing it is always done superbly. I recommend this place to everyone!
