Director does not start any class or rehearsals on time. She stands out in the hallway talking and messing around while dancers are in the classroom waiting for her. She then holds them late for the same amount of time they spent waiting on her. A typical rehearsal day would consist of starting class 30 minutes late and her not releasing class until 30 minutes after it was supposed to end. Very disrespectful of people’s time. Also very unorganized.
