Domino’s Pizza

This place is run by kids it is true but the pizza was really good. I double checked my order and had to ask for the sauces but everything went well.

The pizza is kinda bad. Can’t tell if it tastes bad or if I’ve been eating healthy foods for a few days and then suddenly eat like fake bread cheese and sauce. In an unappetizing combo. Like what is a pizza? Weird shit man.
But the delivery guy was super nice. And props to them for working before the storm that has worked everyone else up into a frenzy.

I like cheese. Cheese is wonderful. Here they put cheese on bread. Whoa! Who even thought of that?!

You all were so rude, unaccommodating and unprofessional. I was told there were NO drivers and it would be a at least a 40 minute wait, after having waited 40 already due to an online order mix up.
So, basically I ordered online to Dominoes because my car is being serviced. I had no transportation. After placing the order online for that purpose, my food never showed… all for the rep to argue with me that it was for carryout. I expressed my situation, no luck. He proceeded to tell me he had never heard of our location nor had his experience driver. Well, I can clearly see Dominoes from my office window across the Interstate. The rep then suggested I walk either on the service road or interstate (both very busy at 12 noon). I finally get him to agree to deliver after clearly experiencing his frustration with me. He then went on .to express I would have to pay him an extra two dollars for the delivery. I told him fine. I was just ready to get my food being that my credit card had been charged. THEY NEVER DELIVERED. I asked a co worker to bring me and what do I find parked? Two delivery cars. How far am I from dominoes… I can see them from the freeway and their cars
Sighs.
To add to the worst food experience ever… MY FOOD WAS HARD AND LUKE WARM!
David should have offered me food free, half price or bid me a good day at least. JUST HORRIBLE!

Food is fine for the most part. The service is awful. The place is essentially ran by kids (& I’m only 25, so I’m not an old lady) who know nothing about customer service and satisfaction. Whoever is the manager or in charge of the hiring needs some standards when offering a position. I’m a friendly, easy going person but the young man who helped me was rude and my pizza wasn’t ready even though I went 25 min later than what they told me. I will not buy from them again.

This store is the reason I eat Dominoes. Always great, always on time, and everyone is so friendly. No matter if I am getting delivery or carryout, its always a 5 star expierence!
