The selection is smaller than other DSW’s but as for customer service this store can NOT be beat. As a former retail manager dor Old Navy and The Gap I value customer service above all. Matthew and Rachael delivered as friendly and helpful service as I can recall in recient YEARS. They are my new first and favorite place to shoe shop.

I’m a shoeaholic. I’ve already gotten help for it but relapsed. DSW feeds my addiction. If this store were any bigger, I’d probably go into shock.
They have racks and racks of shoes on sale. I don’t converse much when I’m in here — I’m pretty focused on the task at hand so I can’t tell you a thing about their customer service. …They don’t bother me with small talk that’s for sure!
