This place is off the chain! RIGHT by quakertown, less than 10 minutes from the square or university drive, wow. Very convenient. The prices are great for the space you get. Melanie, the manager, is so nice and willing to work with you. Very respectful and genuine. If you stop by your day is sure to be brightened.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This place is horrible. They never answer the phone and the woman who works up front is SO RUDE! 0 customer service, doesn’t even try to be considerate to customers. Avoid this place.

Not being there when you said you would, then being rude about it is not the best way to run a business. I’ll happily spend $ 20 more somewhere else to not have to deal with rude, flippant people.

I’ve rented a unit at Frame Street for over six years. I agree with the previous reviewer that management would have flunked kindergarten in the category of Gets Along Well With Others. This seems to be a recurring theme there because prior managerial staff suffered the same deficits. It’s really too bad since the facility is conveniently located and reasonably priced.

The manager at this place is beyond horrible. She won’t listen to your concerns, and hangs up on you when you question her staff’s comments. I have been there multiple times and there is nobody in the office, and it’s not anywhere near lunch time. They aren’t there at opening time either.
