I mean, it’s a cheap donut. Where can you go wrong? Their burritos and pigs in a blanket are pretty damn good, too

The blueberry muffin is the best I’ve had: fluffy, with a layer of glaze, and not overly sweet, just the perfect sugary start to a day! Plus, the Korean folks who own the place are always friendly and greet you with a smile any time of the day.

Excellent donuts! I forgot my debit card at home and the cashier not only saved my donuts but then gave us extra donuts when we came back to get them. They were soft and sweet and not dried out! This will be my new go-to donut shop :)

Damn good maple bars, they even have us 2 free donuts, and they weren’t extra sweet and dry, soft and melts in your mouth

By far the best Donuts in Denton. You know when you find that perfect soft flakey donut that melts in your mouth? You kind of want to just call off the rest of the day and take a nap. Not because they’re heavy or anything but because you’re probably not going to top that experience the rest of the day. Honestly all we ever get are the glazed because they’re so good.

Gourmet Donuts is a wonderful family-owned business. Their donut holes are AWESOME. Don’t miss out!

This is where you need to go for donuts in Denton. Denton Square has nothing on this place. Delicious!!! The employees are SUPER nice too. OMG. My morning happiness has found a new home. Frankly, they deserve this rating, though slightly over generous.

I think these are the best donuts in town. I regularly drive past several good donut shops just to get donuts from these guys. The staff is really friendly, too. They open right at five, not 5:10(like another shop that was minutes away from my old house). Timely opening is important for the night owls who want to end the night with a good donut. They also still have a great selection after 11:00 a.m. Many donut shops are sold out of the good stuff by 10 a.m., which is really irritating, given that glazed is the staple. In fact, I just bought several glazed today at 11:15 a.m., and they’re still delicious. The donuts are soft yet not soggy, and have rich, melt-in-your-mouth glaze(not watered-down like some grocery stores). The buttermilk donuts and jalapeño cheddar sausage croissants are my other favs here. I’m happy to see they have donuts with cinnamon cooked into the glaze. I first saw this at donut shop on Greenville Ave. in Dallas several years ago, and this flavor has caught on! In an area full of great donut options, Gourmet Donuts stands out in the eyes of this donut lover.

Decent donuts, a tad greasy for me, but taste was good as well as overall texture. The lemon filled was sweet and tart. Nothing special, but definitely better than any grocery store, costco or coffee house donuts.

Their donuts are good but not gourmet. There is nothing special about this place to set it apart from any other donut shop in the area. I enjoyed my donuts but I will not be going back. Instead, I will choose to go to a place that is closer to my house and basically the same thing.

As good as it gets for your mornings… in Denton anyways… This is a simple shop with yummy donuts of all flavors and fancies, owned by a sweet Korean woman. It’s right of the main road Dallas Road before going into downtown area. The donuts and pigs n blanket are hot and fresh and cheap! It’s a great way start off your morning before going into work.
