This will have to be a work in progress. I initially met with them service tech and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, courteous and full of suggestions. I accepted a quotation and had a appointment scheduled for 3 fireplaces. My first appt was moved because materials did not come in. My second appointment was canceled 15 minutes prior to my appointment time after taking a day off. The owner assured me she would call and let me that day when the logs would arrive. I called back today and was prevented from speaking to the owner. I was told they will call when the logs get in. No estimates, no tracking numbers, nothing. As of today I am 3 weeks into waiting for a set of logs I could probably get at Lowes. I will advise when and if this is resolved.

Checked all over CL & Unilocal and in this space there are not allot of reviews other then here. Thank you to those who reviewed before as the service is solid.
The technician Chris came out on time and was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I wrongly assumed they would have to go on the roof and explained he was able to reach all the way to the top from inside. Prior to that he inspected the fireplace and made recommendations and a not pushy sales pitch on upgrades,
Overall very happy and glad our fireplace is clean and ready for winter.

I am so very impressed with this company & Andrew in particular. My husband & I had decided after many years of wood burning fires that we would switch to gas logs. We intended to buy the logs at the «outlet» place in Addison, but we knew we needed the chimney swept first, so we called a few places & decided on Master Services. Andrew was so knowledgeable about his work, his company & gas logs in general, that we had them do the whole job. He was courteous, and had a good solid answer to every question we posed. I think we spent quite a bit more money than we had intended to, but it seems well worth it. He did a beautiful job & we are extremely pleased with the end result. I highly recommend this company. Well done.
