Oh my god don’t live here. Water flooded under my carpet and made the whole apartment smell like mildew. They never tried to fix it even though I reported it. Cockroaches are a problem as well. Walls are paper thin. Super overpriced for how terrible these apartments are.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. Maintenance has been great anytime I’ve had a problem. Crime usually increases in the summer and I wouldn’t live on the side close to 35 ever again. They’ve had problems with car as well as apartment burgluries. I once had a rent check stolen from the office and wasn’t informed of it until an eviction notice was posted on my door. The price is right though and the location is good.
