Haven’t actually been there because of a poor experience calling the store. I will continue to drive past here on my way to kid-to-kid because those guys are willing to give me information over the phone about what items they have in stock. No such experience here — Crystal, the manager who answered the phone, stated that instead of her taking the 2 minutes minutes to look for something for a potential customer, I would need to pack up my kids and drag them down there simply to find out if they have what I want. I was appalled at this, and told her she would be losing our business over this experience. Crystal said that was fine with her. I want to be clear here, I was perfectly polite and diplomatic, and utterly shocked that my simple request could not be worked with at all. What is the point of them answering the phone? Any other information I would need could be found online. As the leader of a group of over 200 homeschooling families, I’m definitely recommending to steer clear if you care at all about customer service.

Pretty big, decent selection of clothes but really great place to pick up the big expensive items for first timers – rock n plays, jumpers, strollers, high chairs, and very decent quality for about half the price(from what I’ve seen). I’ve found some really cute dresses and a great swing for my bebe. No reason to drop so much dough on certain new items – these are good quality items. Lots of toys in the back area(decently organized, too) but I have not perused them much.
