Prairie Hollow Apts

Lived here in 1987 and the management then took excellent care of the place. The grass was mowed, watered and the trees were well groomed. Sadly, the years have not been good to the property due to POOR maintenance. I moved back this last year and it was horrible. Drug deals going on daily in the parking lot, you have to play laundry roulette and hopefully find a dryer that will work. Not once in the 14 months we lived there did all 6 dryers work. They allow foil over the windows which trashes the looks of the place. Never offered to change the air conditioner filter. On 2 separate occasions there was a sewer drain left open and there was human feces, urine and everything else people flush in the parking lot. Where kids play! Needless to say, the only that would help these apartments is to tear them down. Stay away from Struga Management Properties.
