Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We were quoted for repairs by another company that seemed steep. We called Pronto and they came out same day. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with the unit. They quoted almost half the amount of the other company, but explained the advantage of replacing the entire unit, which wasn’t that much more. We will be having Pronto replace the entire system within the next 90 days.
