They don’t even deserve one star. Talk about horrible customer service. The owner, Chad is disgustingly rude and the 14 year old girls they have working for them (new girl every time I go) have NO knowledge about products that they carry. The place is very bare and sterile feeling. Very ugly and dirty inside. Plenty of other stores for beauty professionals to go. Plus, this place has the same hours as a doctors office. You’re in the beauty industry! Why in the world would you not be open on Saturdays? Well this store isn’t, and it closes as 5pm. RDA is such a joke of a business. Save your time and go to Armstrong McCall or ABCO. Plenty more product and knowledgeable staff.
