Texas Screens Unlimited

Really disappointed in Texas Screens Unlimited. I called and scheduled an estimate. The guy came out to measure and verbally gives me the quote. Then he says… «Are you interested?» I say that I am interested but I have a couple other screening companies coming out to give me quotes. He got aggravated, slammed his little book and stormed off like a big ol’ baby. As he was leaving, I said, «are you going to leave the quote?» With his back to me as he headed out the back gate he blurted out, «I’ll email it to you!» Needless to say, I never got the quote. He told me over the phone when I scheduled my estimate, «We’re not the cheapest, but we’re the best.» If I had any sort of problem with that, I wouldn’t have had him come out and do the estimate in the first place. Now, after having two other estimates done and receiving carbon copies of the quotes and cute little screen samples to help us make our choices, I see even more how unprofessional he was.
