If there was a rating less than one star I would use it, they treat you like shit, and the glass selection is over priced if your looking for a decent shop in denton use aches. They actually care about their customers.

Haha I love this place so much I went here on a first date once Lol. They have a nice selection, good prices and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for a few years, I like making my own glass stuff and usually come here to buy odds and ends to complete projects. I really appreciate their selection and dedication to local artists, a lot of the staff is great and really knowledgeable. The last few visits, however, have been less than pleasant. There is one employee there who always seems to be in a bad mood, and doesn’t mind sharing. The first time I had an encounter with him, I figured he was just having a bad day, and I realize this business probably gets a lot of fruitless foot traffic, which can be annoying, but after a couple of run ins, I’ve decided that this is just how he is. Yesterday (⁶⁄₁₀) I went in for a few pieces and he was the one who helped me. Right off the bat he seemed annoyed that I was there, and every time I asked a question, his answer seemed like he was trying to make me feel stupid. After telling him that I wanted two of something instead of one, he looked up kind of glaring and said «I’m aware.» Just very curt with me and plain rude. I had wanted to ask some questions about vaporizers, but after a few minutes of talking to this guy, I decided to just get out as fast as I could. I feel like when you’re spending as much as I was (over $ 200) that the merchandise should come with some free courtesy, right? I guess they get enough business, they don’t really have to worry about it. I left the shop with about a third of the things I needed and a sour stomach. Then I went to High Times off the square and had a MUCH friendlier and more helpful experience, thanks to Randy. I left there with the rest of what I needed as well as some cool new stuff (all in all another $ 300 I was prepared to spend at Zebra.) I might go back to Zebra for cigarettes and stuff, but all of my other business is probably going to High Times from here on out.

The staff was so friendly!!! They got me all hooked up for a hookah party! I wasn’t rushed to make any decisions and they catered to my inquisitive nature. Love the service and will definitely be making this shop my go to from now on!

Came here to check out the shop because it is decorated like a Zebra on the outside. Looked around for a bit and the staff was pretty nice and helpful. They said a lot of the stuff there is handmade in Texas.
Got some sunglasses as a Denton souvineer that are Zebra striped which I think is a cool way to get your businesses name out (have it on the sides of sunglasses).
