I’m not one to spend time on bad reviews, but so many things bothered me about this place, I think it’s worth it. 1. There is a very limited selection compared to other pottery painting places I’ve been. And judging by how tiny the space is, I don’t see how that can be fixed. 2. The woman working was not very friendly. I had never been there before and didn’t know the process. There was no direction given, so when I made a decision for myself, like to make my kids wash their supplies when they finished, I was corrected. This happened a few times. Just give me the run-down first thing, and I’m good to go. It was very contradictory to how friendly and welcoming the website is. 3. I realize they just moved to the new location and things are a bit chaotic, but the website says pieces will be done in 7 days, I was told 14 days, but they weren’t ready for 21 days for a non-custom firing. I’m ok with it taking 21 days, but please tell me that so I don’t have 14 day expectations. 4. My piece came back with what looks to be black paint in a few spots, as if it touched another wet piece. I paid $ 100. No black paint, please. 5. On the 21st day, I called to see if our pieces were ready. I was told they were, but they needed to be sorted or set aside or something. I happened to be driving close-by, so I asked if I could come in and get them and was told no, that they would call me later that day when they were ready. I drove away, and 10 minutes later, I got the call that they were ready… I was just there.
