Do not do business with Casey at Twin Oaks if you want good customer service and to be treated like your business matters. He is not at all helpful in designing your cabinets and acts like you are putting him out if you want to make changes. In fact, he will blame you when he makes mistakes and you want them corrected because he «doesn’t have time». The bottom line is he is an arrogant jerk that doesn’t care. Stay away.

Complete disregard to complaint resolution, inappropriate, offensive, and foul language including profanities in response from owner. I had used Twin Oaks on some previous small cabinet jobs for my a/v business. When Casey, the owner, sent one of his employees to handle a job as a side job for one of my high end clients, the results were very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Knowing that Casey had passed this off to his employee as a side job, I did not hold him responsible and contacted him again when another project came up. He again was too busy to take the work and gave me another recommendation. When I asked Casey if the person was professional and would complete the job properly, his response was that«Ya know dude… Your on your own! I am not stepping in the middle… I don’t have time for this nonsense!» I was completely shocked at his response and let him know that his previous guy had been a train wreck and that he had almost cost me a long time valuable customer. At that point, Casey told me not to bother contact the other referral as he did not have time for any nonsense either. My response was«right, because it was my fault for being concerned about my clients and no problem, plenty of decent cabinet people out there. I later let him know I had found 4 other people that were willing to deal with my nonsense and his response was F. you and to be sure to share that with them as well. Told him that was very mature, and got F. You again. Would never recommend this company to anyone that cares about customer service! Would give them 0 stars if that was an option.
