Worst experience ever. I do not know her name, but I had the pleasure of dealing with the most useless and rude sales girl on the planet today.
My son was trying on different frames and he ended up grabbing a quirky bright green rectangular plastic style he thought looked cool. He went over to the mirror, and before he even had a chance to look at them the sales girl blurts out a disapproving «NO.» And because of her, he took them off.
It was the second time she opened her mouth to give an unwanted opinion. Prior to that, while my son and I were going through frames, she felt the need to state her opinion on them before I (his mother) could even voice what I thought.
I looked back at him, got down to his level and told him to choose whatever he liked, not to pay attention to what anyone else thinks.
She needs a course on dealing with customers. I’m also not sure why she thinks it is appropriate to speak to children that way, especially children that aren’t hers.
While they had a nice selection of frames, I’d avoid this place.

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from Vision Pro at Hickory and Elm Street since December 2014. One pair for my mother, and three for me! Cheryl has always provided a wide selection of quality products and excellent service, not only at the time of the sale, but also on follow up visits. She will give you her honest opinion of how the lenses look on you, but you decide what you want, it doesn’t bother her a bit. She is very professional, and has a delightful personality. I highly recommend them. 5 stars!
