My sister bought a new pair of glasses and trusted the sales lady’s technical advice that the thickness of her lens would not be too overwhelming on her new frames. Turns out the lady was wrong and my sister looks like she is wearing magnifying glasses. The lady who originally made the sale was not there so a new lady simply told my sister that next time she should do a better job of picking out frames and that the sales lady probably did not know what she was talking about. How about vision pro hires people who know what they are talking about since people trust them to give them advice on their glasses. The lady had no sympathy for my sister and they refused to help in any way to make the bad situation (because of the horrible advice of their people) any better.

Worst experience ever. Do not buy anything from this place. They are rude and unprofessional do not give them your money. I purchased $ 200 worth of lenses in a Coach frame. They could not get the lens right then they lost the frame. They kept giving me the run around calling and telling me they were in and when I got there they were not or the person working could not find them. The owner is rude to everyone that comes in there. Go somewhere else or you will regret it. I would give them no stars if i can.
