Even with a living social deal, I found the service provide was exceptional. Though he did run a little late, when he got here he took great pride in his job and did an extra flight of stairs for the inconvenience. Thank you, I will absolutely recommend 1^st Class Carpet Care.

I bought a living social deal from this company many months back. The service I required was quick and easy and they did a great job. I decided to use them again when I needed some recent carpet cleaning. I booked them a week out for a 5pm appt. They called early that day and left a message asking if they could come early since they had finished jobs early. I was at work and unable to answer or return a call. When my boyfriend arrived home at 430pm he was met with a business card on the door and no further communication. My call was then returned at 530pm when the owner told me that because I was unavailable earlier they had decided to return to the shop and get some maintenance work done and would not be coming to my appt. This had not been communicated in either message left. I was offered to reschedule, however, I assure you, I will never use a company that does not know the value of good customer service. I understand that my appt would have been an inconvenience, but it was still an appt they should have kept. In a business where many people can do the same job, I feel that customer service goes a long way. Good luck on learning that lesson.
