Do not use. Won’t respond to calls. Had a «warranty» through him but he didn’t stand by his work. Didn’t finish the job or test the ac unit, had to hire another company. If you want reliable and will stand by their work, use altitude comfort heating and air.

If you are researching this guy it’s probably because you haven’t learned the hard way that the work he does is substandard. When his work fails in winter and your family is cold and you call him to come fix it he says he will come but he never comes. Go ahead and try to make another appointment. He will not show up.
Please…save your time and your money and hire somebody else. Anyone else.
Learn from the mistakes of all of us who have used his «services.» Or don’t. You will understand soon enough.

I cannot get Ryan the installer and owner to come out and fix the new furnace he install 11÷9÷11. It isn’t working properly and needs service. I spoke to Ryan on Mon 1÷16÷12 and he said he would come out on ¹⁄₁₇ at 4:00 to asses the problem that the furnace is not blowing out warm heat and working improperly. I left work early to meet him and he no showed. I contacted him again and spoke on 1÷19÷12 and he said he would have himself or his employee come out 1÷20÷12 at 5 pm to see it. He no showed again. I called to ask where he was and he said there was truck problems and he could come on the next day, Sat 1÷30÷2012 at 11 to look at the furnace. He no showed at 11. I contacted him again and he said he was on his way and be there in 45 minutes. I waited around and he still no showed. After waiting an hour and half past the 45 minutes he said he would be there I gave up. Its obvious that he had no intention on coming to service the furnace he installed two months ago. I have a two year old daughter, its the middle of winter and this is un acceptable business practice.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! i will also be placing a complaint with the BBB amongst other web sites this company try’s to earn your business from.
