Juan from this company came and looked at my microwave a week before Xmas and said he needed to order a part. it took two weeks for him to show up again. He was egregiously late and missed his appointment window but did not apologize. Even though he stayed until 9pm, he couldn’t fix the microwave and said he did not have the right part and would return a couple of days later. After the company cancelled his follow-up appointment TWICE, he finally showed up again even though I had told the customer service rep I was uncomfortable with Juan and wanted them to send someone else. Fixing the microwave took far too long, and the service was inconsiderate and inept.

I was in a bind and had to use this horrible firm, because I had an old stove and they serviced that brand. First off, Elsa, the woman who answers the phone, is a complete and total ditz, confused, rude, prone to the silent treatment — not who you want on the phone interfacing with clients. Sorry. Second, they stood me up for the appointment and offered no compensation(or even an apology) for this ridiculous inconvenience. Who requires the customer to wait for 3 hours, then doesn’t show, doesn’t apologize and doesn’t bother to make it right? These a*holes, that’s who. Third, the coupon on their website doesn’t print for some reason(again, because they are idiots?) and even after talking to Elsa about this twice, I had to request it a THIRD time since she never bothered to apply it to my bill. UPDATE: Elsa could not understand how or why I might want the promised coupon — 3(seriously) conversations on this topic and still the $ 10 coupon was never applied to my bill. Heard enough? Steer clear of these guys at all cost. Lousy, inconsiderate service, poor follow-through, moronic customer service… need to hear more? Lame, lame, lame.
