When I first started bringing my son here when he was around a year old, I would’ve definitely given 5 stars. Unfortunately, when the former director left the place shortly after we joined, it has gone dramatically downhill. Staff turnover is a huge problem. You just start learning their names when they suddenly are all replaced. 80% don’t speak English, so communicating about your child’s progress is difficult, and it also brings into question how a curriculum is being followed. Over the last few months they suddenly started using one of the central classrooms to gather clutter and it only gets progressively more disorganized. Seems like a fire hazard… At the very least an eyesore that probably shouldn’t be in a central location to be viewed by all. Cleaning chemicals are frequently in reach and one of the older kids classrooms seems to double as a supply closet. In these pictures alone, I have presented them to others in the childcare industry who notice several violations right off the bat. The staff needs to stop being lazy(yeah, the directors are sitting in the office chatting most days when I walk in. I even once caught Karen smoking an E-cigarette in there and there have been numerous times when she has brought her dog to work). On a less important note, parking is annoying enough already and the staff is too lazy to move the company vehicles out of the way.
