This company is the most useless and unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. No one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails when there are issues that need to be dealt with. When you finally get someone on the phone, they provide very little value and are often rude or ill-​prepared to handle any sort of customer inquiry. It appears that they just accept HOA dues and have no real process to handle anything.

Zero stars! The worst property management on the planet. They stole our money, never followed up on late HOA dues. Hired some loser drunk to maintain the grounds and never did a damn thing to update this place. Everyone that works there is related to each other and they also have realtors that bought in our complex which is against the law. They just kept wanting to raise our dues and for no reason. They would hold board meetings and never listen to the owners and made decisions without consent. Also illegal. We switched management companies! Thank god! Do not use these people! What a bunch of losers!

So here’s the deal. Run from this company.
We owned a rental condominium in one of their managed properties. When a pipe burst within the wall, which was covered under the covenants as it was joint property of all the tenants, they agreed that it was their responsibility to fix. In order to keep our tenant in livable conditions, we paid for the repairs ourselves with promise of reimbursement.
Over a year later, we are still waiting on payment. We have contacted them multiple times with all the documentation yet they still refuse to resolve the situation or, even worse, respond to our claim. We have since sold the property and will be filing legal action to obtain compensation.
They don’t care, and simply hope you go away. Well, we’re not going away, and if you have a chance to avoid this company, do so. It isn’t about following the guidelines unless it benefits them. Caveat Emptor.

Worst HOA management I have ever dealt with. Every request I have made for simple exterior maintenance has been ignored or dismissed because they don’t have the budget. Essentially what they do is take their cut, pay the bills and then cry poverty at every request. It took them an entire year to change my address and then they started sending me fines for a few things that they NEVER notified me about. I have been here 2 years now and I have still not received the packet containing the HOA rules and regulations. If I had en employee that spoke to my customers the way Melissa does I would fire them in a heartbeat. I am literally counting the days until I am able to sell my condo and get away from accu. They have done nothing to protect my investment.

ACCU is the HOA company for one of my rental properties. About a month ago they charged me $ 2543.51 for some «repairs» that were performed long before I even purchased the property! I explained them I was not the oner at the time, they apologized and said they would resolve immediately. Got a letter from them again 5 days ago stating I still owe them and they already used my 900 that I had on my HOA account (pre-​paid my HOA dues till the end of the year) toward the balance! They stole 900 from my account and now claiming I owe them more to pay for someone else’s debts. They are also threatening me with collections. I have a stellar credit and own multiple properties so I cannot afford some scammers reporting me for something I do not owe. Their «account specialist» Misty is ignoring my calls and not returning them.

ACCU is a great company. They manage property for owners of apartment buildings and condo and HOA associations. I’ve known the Owner since 1990 and he’s a stand up guy. I think they are probably the most professional, and most honest company of their type in the Denver area.
