My kids’ see Dr. Ackerman and they have for a very long time, we love her! She is friendly, but honest, so she will not sugar coat anything but she won’t be mean about it either. She gives it to you straight, the way that it is.
She is the kind of doctor who doesn’t give your kids medications that they don’t need, and only recommends things that she thinks are truly necessary, not stuff that makes her office the most money.
My friend and I were once arguing about who had the best pediatrician; turns out with both use Dr. Ackerman ;)
